Athanasios Navrozoglou

Athanasios Navrozoglou

CEO & President

Entrepreneur, banking enthusiast and intrigued by Human-Machine interaction, Athanasios has worked in the Fintech space for over 15 years in multiple roles starting as an Application Developer to leading Natech, one of the few end-to-end total banking solution vendors in the world.

Formerly, he was also the founder of Klinns.com, an online booking engine and of 2Evolution, an IT outsourcing company. Athanasios holds an MBA from Manchester University where he was the co-President of the entrepreneurship club. He also has a BEng in Computer Engineering & Informatics from the University of Patras. Thanasis was included in the Fortunegreece list of the 40 entepreuneurs under 40 who innovate and stand out in different sectors of the economy for 2021.

Dimitrios Navrozoglou

CFO & Vice President

Finance and numbers-driven, Dimitrios is controlling and monitoring Natech’s financial figures, overhauling the budgeting and accounting operations. Leading the ERP division of the company he is actively involved in the analysis and the design of the Accounting products offerings.

A sportsman by nature, he was an investor and member of the investors committee for AGSI basketball team. Dimitrios is an American College of Greece graduate (now ALBA).

Founder & Managing Director of Neptune International AG, now renamed Codrus Capital AG.

The Founder and Managing Director of Neptune International AG, now renamed Codrus Capital AG Codrus a private investment and advisory firm. He is a former CEO of Amsterdam Trade Bank, and has held management positions at leading institutions for the last 25 years, having served as a CEO at the Department of Energy, Freight and Transport as well as at the AMCI group with investments in raw materials, goods, and shipping and as a member of the Management Team of ABN AMRO.

Recently, as a partner and board member of Advent Technologies Inc., he contributed to the raising of private equities and the listing of the company on the Nasdaq.

Vassilis Vasileiou

Board member

Specialized in Corporate law , IP and unfair competition, data protection has a Degree from the University of Athens and a Masters in International and European Commercial Law by the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.

He has significant experience in corporate formation and governance matters, financing transactions, recapitalizations and corporate partnering transactions, as well as in a variety of M&A structures. He possesses deep insight of intellectual property and unfair competition issues, trademark and patent protection and enforcement, domain names and copyright law, while he provides comprehensive solutions regarding technology protection and licensing and commercialization ofintellectual property and technology assets.

Vassilis has previously served at the European Patent Office in Munich, he has represented the firm as a speaker at conferences on pharmaceutical civil liability matters, he has participated as a speaker on corporate, financing and IP issues in numerous workshops for start-up companies and he is the co-author of the Unfair Competition chapter in the Greek Law Digest.

Nektarios Liolios is a FinTech veteran, Corporate Innovation master and Mental Health advocate. Over the last 10 years, Nektarios has worked closely with hundreds of entrepreneurs and early-stage businesses and corporate innovation teams.

He co-founded Startupbootcamp FinTech to address the relationship between corporates, startups and investors in London, New York, Singapore, Mumbai, Mexico City, Dubai, Amsterdam and Melbourne.

He also co-founded Rainmaking Innovation, the global cooperative of entrepreneurs and led SWIFT’s Innotribe Startup Challenge, the first global FinTech startup competition.

Managing Data & Analytics teams and products for over 15 years, in Greece and the USA, most of Nondas’ career was in the financial services industry, and in 2017 he left Morgan Stanley to pursue the excitement of the startup world. He joined ActionIQ, a series C Enterprise SaaS Martech company as VP of Professional Services.

He is familiar with the challenges that startups face as they try to scale, both from a business and technology perspective, as well as the data & analytics landscape and market. He also is an advisory board member at GreekTech, a non-profit which empowers high-potential Greek startups to successfully enter the U.S. market, and is actively engaged with the Greek technology and startup community in New York.

A venture capitalist, futurist, keynote speaker, board member and senior advisor and investor to several companies (fintech, insurtech, cybersecurity, healthcare and AI).

Two of the fintech startups he advised have become unicorns (with valuations of over $1 billion). He is the first international influencer to achieve "The Triple Crown" ranking.

He was ranked the No. 1 international FinTech, Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence (AI)/ influencer (2018 & 2020) by Onalytica and No. 1 Finance Influencer (08/2020) by Refinitiv (Thomson Reuters). He was also included - for the third time - in the "Top Artificial Intelligence Influencers to Follow" (03/2021) by MarkTechPost.

Spiros has been a keynote speaker at international Fintech and Insurtech conferences, and has also given a TEDxAcademy Talk.

He published an AI white paper, "Machine learning in financial services: Changing the rules of the game", for the enterprise software vendor SAP.

He was the first non-IBM keynote speaker at the largest IBM event in Europe (10/2019), "2019 IBM Systems Technical University".

Head of Client and Technology Solutions, SEBA Bank

An expert in business development and banking technology solutions, for over 20 years he heavily contributed to the growth story of Avaloq in various executive roles responsible for national and international business development as well as for major client project deliveries.

Thanks to his hands-on expertise he knows the challenges of a banking technology scale-up by heart. Following the successful sale of Avaloq to NEC, Mathias decided to join SEBA Bank in autumn 2021 as the Head of Client and Technology Solutions. As a fully FINMA licenced Swiss Digital Assets Bank, SEBA is a pioneer in the financial industry and is the only smart bank providing a fully universal suite of regulated banking services in the emerging digital economy.
