Thoughts on a Friday afternoon while leaving the office
"You are as strong as your team"
First days in the office after my two-months work from home routine. What I appreciated most in my workplace and my team is that, in either work model, we are engaged to our projects and we support each other on our tasks, sharing our knowledge and ideas until we meet a solution.
From my point of view, software development, in every production phase, is important to be delivered by people who have firstly achieved their self-development under productive teamwork and creative collaboration. The good news is that team spirit, people's integrity and trust in company's vision are the top values...values which are cultivated in our environment as a top priority.
