CODING in FINTECH: daunting or thrilling challenge?

It has been a while since my professional career as a Software Engineer started at Natech. In the beginning, I was very curious about my daily routine. Firstly, I knew nothing about Finance and Banking. Secondly, I had no clue if I was going to make it and how difficult would be the transition from university to a real working environment.

First days in the office after my two-months work from home routine. What I appreciated most in my workplace and my team is that, in either work model, we are engaged to our projects and we support each other on our tasks, sharing our knowledge and ideas until we meet a solution.
